Here is what our homestay provider had to say about his experience to welcome international students.

This homestay lives in Pontcanna, which is one of the best places to live in Cardiff. The house is within a walking distance to many restaurants, coffee shops and amenities. Bute park is also just around the corner and is great for walks and going for a run.  

Do you usually keep in touch with your students after they leave?

Absolutely !

What are you enjoying the most for having student?

We get to know their cultural background and how successful they are when they leave Cardiff.  

What is your favorite memory with your current and previous student?

I have a lot of memories; my students get in touch with good news and ask us about what student we have next.

During your spare time, what do you usually do with your students?

Take them out for for meals and if it’s their birthday we will make it a special day for them 

Would your recommend hosting students to other people? 

Yes, of course.

How long have you welcome international students?

Around 3 years.
