Host our International Junior Students this summer

Celtic English Academy will be welcoming international junior students from all over the world to Cardiff this summer and we are looking for families like yours to help!

Our Junior students are arriving for short stays of between 1 and 4 weeks in June, July and August. In return for hosting, families will receive upwards of £125 a week per student, plus the benefit of experiencing another culture without leaving the home!

The junior international students will be staying in Cardiff for between 1 – 4 weeks and families can host two junior students per room (that’s £480+ for two weeks!). Families with more than one room available can host up to 4 students in one house.

What is expected from the homestay host?

Families must be friendly and welcoming and need to provide a single or twin room for the students, plus breakfast, packed lunch and dinner each day.

Families must also have a valid gas safety certificate for their home and be willing to apply for a Household DBS certificate (which we will help you with).
