Celtic School – Global Activity!

Celtic School spends a lot of time overseas at different marketing events. At these events, staff members get to meet both students and agents from all over the world.

Claire, Shoko, Jenna and Christina have been out of the office quite a bit recently visiting different countries worldwide. The team meets with prospective students and agents to discuss the courses that we offer, the student experience at Celtic School and all that Cardiff offers as a capital city and study destination.

In January, Jenna attended an agent fair in Brazil where she met with agency representatives from different cities in Brazil. This has helped us to further promote Celtic School in South America!

Claire visited Dubai in February to meet with agents from the Middle East. She met with representatives of agencies from the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Libya, Oman, Qatar and Kuwait to name just a few countries. The event was held at the Jumeirah Emirates Towers and was a very successful event which will hopefully help in retaining our student numbers from the Middle East.

Shoko has just returned from Taiwan and Thailand where she too got to meet with lots of agencies. Thailand is a fairly new market to us and at the moment we only have 2 students from Thailand! Taiwan is a brand new market for us and hopefully Shoko’s visit will encourage students from Taiwan to come to Cardiff and study at Celtic School.

Just recently in March, Jenna and Christina were in Russia at a student fair run by one of our partner agencies, Jey Study. They got to meet with lots of prospective students who would like to study in Cardiff. Russian students agree with us that Cardiff is a great city to study in!
