Our online classes use Zoom technology. Don’t worry if you haven’t used it before. It’s easy to use – just follow our step-by-step guide to help you get started.
1.You can use your laptop, mobile phone or tablet. We will be using Zoom which works across all operating systems (PC, Mac, Linux, IOS and Android). Download from the following link: https://zoom.us/download
2.Before the class starts make sure that you have a notebook and pen ready.
3.Check that your camera and microphone work before your class starts. You need to make sure that you allow Zoom to access your camera and microphone (audio).
4.Your teacher will send you an email with a link to access to your class. Click the link to join the class. Make sure that you check your SPAM/ Junk folder.
5.If you want to ask something, you can click on the button “raise your hand”
6.If you have any problems with Zoom, please email email@example.com and a member of the team will get back to you

As soon as we receive a completed booking form, we will confirm receipt by email and process your booking within 24 hours. Once your booking is processed, we will send you a Confirmation of Enrolment letter and an invoice.
Your place at the academy will be confirmed once we have received full payment for your course. You must pay your course fees at least 1 week before the start date of your course.

You can make a direct bank transfer to Celtic English Academy. All bank charges must be covered by students. Please make sure that your Celtic English Academy student reference number is clearly quoted as a payment reference. Please note that it is your responsibility to pay any bank charges deducted from the payment received into Celtic English Academy’s bank account. In order to avoid underpayments, you should arrange for the bank charges to be paid at the time of the transfer.

You can also make a payment by credit card or debit card. You can download the Credit Card Payment form and send it to us by email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Once we have received your payment and booking form, we will send you a placement test to complete. You will also complete a speaking test with one of our teachers and we will place you in the most suitable class for your level.

Receive feedback on your writing from one of experienced teachers. We can provide feedback for the following exams: IELTS, OET, FCE & CAE. Our teachers will give you useful advice for how to improve. The cost is £25 per piece of writing.
