  • Key Action 1: Learning Mobility of Individuals

We welcome students from 16 to 60+ to learn English on any of our adult courses. We have over 40 different nationalities studying with us every year and small class sizes of a maximum of just 10 students per class. Did you know that 98% of Celtic students would recommend us to their friends and family?

Courses eligibles for government funding

We provide courses which are eligible for government funding e.g. Erasmus+, PON, Bildungsurlaub and CPF.

Funding Description

Since 2014, the new Erasmus+ replaces seven existing funding programmes including: Lifelong Learning Programme (Erasmus, Leonardo da Vinci, Comenius and Grundtvig), Youth in Action, Erasmus Mundus, Tempus and Alfa Edulink Programme for cooperation with industrialised countries.

Eligibility

Under the Erasmus+ criteria, teaching professionals are eligible to receive funding for the following course at Celtic English Academy:

Teacher Development Course

This course is available for primary or secondary school teachers looking to improve their own level of English and gain new ideas and methodologies for use in their own classroom.

The 2-week course has set dates during the year and if you come as a group of minimum 6 teachers, we can organise the course at any time of the year. For more information see our Teacher Development Course page.

How to apply:

You have to apply for Erasmus+ funding through your school, organisation, training institute or university. You cannot apply individually.
